Causally I read an essay for several weeks ago, about why people leave their jobs. It is really impressive to understand that money is not the only reason to leave their job. Vision, guidance and improvement is needed by everyone. Leaving job is not caused by only a manager for sure, we need to do our homework in parallel. However everything is directly related how you manage it. I strongly recommend to have a look;

Everyone knows that it is hard to leave your job, if you like your job but some conditions are not convincing you. I have recently changed my job and needed to take some notes regarding my experiences and opinions. Those notes are important for me to remember my minds when I want to look into the past from the future, for some decades later. Experts are always mentioning that changing job keeps people awakened and provide to improve himself/herself more within new conditions and opportunities. There are key points in any workplace need to be taken into account for a successful team growth and successful results.

Work life is like a set of hills as inclined and declined parts which we need to overcome tirelessly. Hard times (let’s say FAILs) make us stronger for next times, good times (let’s saySUCCESSes) make life enjoyable and funny. We need FAILs and SUCCESSes to sense the meaning of live. All results needs to be shared honestly by yourself and with your team. Next goal should be set every time accordingly and all team members should be clear in mind with ‘next step’ and their ‘roles’ for that common objective.

Here are some of my opinions which are important in any workplace, it does not matter where and who-ever you are;

– Invest in Yourself

talent is coming by human being however abilities could be enhanced. workplace should give people chance to improve with different abilities in technical and personal strengths. each people wants to see himself/herself better than older. To see SUCCESS, first we need liveFAILs. And respect yourself.

– Invest in People

job never ends. we are human. we may FAIL or we may have personal problems. Be with your friends and share their feelings and dreams, not only their jobs. Stand next to them when they need support or just ask for help. And success will be there for sure. appreciate theirSUCESSes, recognize them in front of others not in the secret rooms. Entirely honour the people who deserves it. That would spirit up others. FAILs and SUCCESSes are for all of us, we could proceed when we experienced them together, not the other way around.

– Don’t lose Big Picture

daily works are our real jobs. If business plan was not clear enough in minds, daily works’ urgency will increase bit by bit and you cannot do anything rather than urgent issues at all. if you lose big picture, all new comer issues will always be urgent than others. nobody wants to work at a place where everything is urgent and important, huh? Big picture is your VISIONand your vision is more important than anything others. If you feel your daily job comes strange to you and the vision is not clear enough anymore, take a stand a while and think about what is wrong.

– Know What is Correct and What is not

priorities are important, it helps you to progress. we could finish our jobs one by one by taking their priorities into account. But priority comes through your business goal and business goal needs to serve your vision. sometimes you need to be careful to judge in detail; If job’s goal and your vision (let’s say; your DREAM) are in parallel, you are in the safe way. Do not allow to mislead yourself, by forgetting the site where you would like to be.

– Be transparent everyone

Human beings perceive what is real and what is fake. Do not lie anyone whatever the reason is. Be honest always, either be as you seem or seem as you are. If you don’t want to do something at any time, express yourself to other side or make them feel. Or do not pretend to do, while you are not on it.

I tried to summarize all my experiences regarding with work environment and road to success (not only personal, but also as team). Changing a job is not only an ‘End’ but also a new ‘Beginning’ for new vision and missions, better life, new friends etc..
